Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind, we’re happy to accept returns of complete, undamaged productboxes within 28 days of your order date.

Refunds will be processed within five working days after receipt at IBSA Pharma UK. To start your return, please email your order number to our team at customercare.uk@ibsagroup.com.

Issues with Your Order (e.g., Damaged or Incorrect Products):

If your order is incorrect or products are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing your order details to customercare.uk@ibsagroup.com. Our team will get in touch by email or phone to arrange a replacement or refund and guide you through the return process.

Important: Please do not return damaged or incorrect products until you have received instructions from our customercare.uk@ibsagroup.com.
